Yokefellow

Retail Resale Store

Yokefellow is people of God helping people in need.

Blue Pittman, Liaison

Yokefellow’s Thrift Store is the area’s largest full line department resale store.  They stock quality pre-owned and new items every day.  You absolutely won’t believe what they have to offer unless you go in and check it out for yourself.  You can dress like a million bucks without having to spend a lot of money!

Visit their boutique for name-brand clothing in today’s hottest styles as well as classic fashions.  Check out their electronics and furniture.  Their household department is full of glassware, collectibles and rare finds.  They also have holiday decorating items and gifts for that special someone.

The money you spend in the Thrift Store goes directly to their Client Services Department and is used to help meet the needs of Rutherford County citizens during times of financial crisis.  When you shop with Yokefellow, you not only save lots of money while getting quality merchandise - but you also give a “hand up” to some folks who are temporarily down on their luck.

The store is located at 102 Blanton Street, Spindale.  The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Yokefellow Offerings

Submitted by Blue Pittman

Then the king will say to those at his right hand, "Come, you that are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;  for I was hungry and you gave me food…”  Matt 25:34-35

As Yokefellow liaison, it bothers me considerably that I am only making a trip every other week with food because we don’t receive enough food on any given Sunday to warrant a trip each week.  I think we should be doing much more for this than we are as a church.  As a reminder of our responsibility, as stewards, to our Community, I will begin reporting our Stewardship of Sharing in each week’s bulletin along with the other Stewardship information being reported.
