"Powderpuff"
Self
Defense Class

Each year there are thousands of women
in America who are suddenly attacked, beaten, raped and even murdered
for no less that the simple purse that they carry strapped across their
shoulder.
The Instruction provided in the "Powderpuff"
class aims specifically at the female gender and typical attack
scenarios. This particular class provides students effective
simple self defense techniques designed to stun and injure the
assailant. By catching the attacker off guard, it allows time for
the person being attacked to get away and get help.
Instructors for this class are
certified to teach and have met strict challenges required to obtain
advanced degrees within carious studies of self defense.
Once
this class is scheduled, it will be posted here on the Lych Gate.
The classes will be held on Saturdays at
St
Francis. Details to follow.
